At A&A Supplies UK, we are committed to providing fast and reliable delivery services to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. This Delivery Policy outlines our shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

Next-Day Delivery (Orders Over 2kg): Any orders weighing over 2kg will be shipped using an express next-day delivery service to ensure prompt arrival.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Orders Under 2kg): Orders weighing 2kg or less will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days.
Pallet Service (Large Orders): Orders requiring a pallet service may take 3-7 working days for delivery. The cost will be confirmed based on quantity and shipping location.

3. Delivery Charges

Orders under £20 will incur a £2.99 delivery charge.
Orders over £20 qualify for FREE UK delivery.

4. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 12 PM GMT will typically be shipped the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.

6. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 orders can be tracked via the Royal Mail website.
Next-Day Delivery orders will have real-time tracking through our courier partner.
Evri orders can be tracked on their website.

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, or peak shopping periods.
